Still life photography is the art of taking a photo of an inanimate object such as fruit a pot etc putting these items in front of a simple background and having the focus be simplicity and arrangement and placement of the inanimate objects.

                               

My slow and fast shutter speed photos

     Taken at the river dam duck pond in Burnaby at 100 ISO and at f/36 and at 0.8 seconds of
     exposure part of a theme of running water.

    Taken at night in the forest near my house had to take about 40 photos to make this one work. Set
    at ISO 100 and at f/6.3 and exposed at 20 seconds.

    Taken outside my house at night while using a sparkler. On ISO 100 and at f/11 and exposed for 15
     seconds.

    This photo was taken at my house as well but my mom was the subject matter. Taken at ISO 100
     and at f/5.6 and exposed for 15 seconds.

    This photo is part of a series of slow shutter speed photos, called ghosts. This photo was take at
    ISO 100 and at f/7.1 as well as an exposure of 20 seconds.

    This is part of the theme running water. This slow shot was taken at ISO 400 and has settings on
    f/36 and it was taken at the shutter speed of 1.3 seconds.

    This picture is also taken outside in the dark at my house it is part of ghosts in the night theme.           This shot was taken at ISO 100 and is taken at f/18 and is exposed for 20 seconds.

    This was part of the fast shutter speed theme go dunking. This picture was taken at a basketball
    game in walnut grove, part of a fast shutter speed basketball. Taken at ISO 1600 on f/5.6 and at
    a shutter speed of 1/250 of a second.

    This photo was taken at a duck pond and cropped with photoshop taken at the duck pond as
    however it another fast sputter speed picture is cropped into the foreground. The background was
    taken at ISO 100 at a f stop of f/5.0 and exposed for 1/250 of a second. The photoshopped me is      taken at ISO 100 taken at an f stop of f/22 and is exposed for 1/10 of a second.
   Taken at the gym part of the fast shutter speed theme basketball. The background was taken at ISO1600

   at a f stop of f/4.0 and exposed for 1/250 of a second.
